1. What is Find My Sub?

Find My Substitute is dedicated to helping Schools quickly find Substitute teachers. With an easy-to-use search engine, filling that urgent temporary teaching assignment is easier than ever. Teachers register with their teaching qualifications so that schools can easily find their best-fit substitute teachers.

2. What does this service cost?

For the first few months of our launch, both teachers and schools can use the service for free. After the initial launch period (this will be communicated), we will charge a subscription fee as follows:

Teachers: Free

Schools: Free for Launch Period, thereafter R250 per quarter (3 months), renewed every 3-months as needed, cancel anytime.

3. I am a teacher – how will the school find me on your service?

Any school that registers will be able to search for teachers using a variety of popular criteria, such as phase information, or specialty subject, or qualifications, etc.

Once a teacher profile appears in a school search, the school can see the matched details, but only a preview profile is shown. Schools with paid profiles will be able to see the full contact details and also contact the teacher directly via the website. Teachers will not pay anything during the trial launch period.

Find My Sub deducts recurring fees (subscription), school profiles can be stopped or paused at any time. The paid subscription fee (see charges above) is deducted via credit card.
